1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us via our support channels with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging  

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Process

After your return is approved:

  • We will arrange for the product to be collected from your address, or provide details for return shipping.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

As we currently offer Cash on Delivery only:

  • Refunds will be processed as per your preferred method — either a bank transfer or another approved arrangement.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days from the return confirmation for the refund to be completed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by transit

  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery without prior communication

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
